Whether you are an experienced fitness buff or just getting into bettering yourself with exercise and strength training, we are here to help. We offer complete fitness tours for beginners to help you understand how to use the equipment in our gym to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Open 24 Hours:
Members can access Ultimate Fitness 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our staff is only available at designated staff hours. Any questions you have can be directed at any staff member during the staff hours. Please note that bringing a guest is strictly permitted during NON Staff hours. Guests must complete and sign a waiver before utilizing the facility.

- Monday-Thursday: 6am-1pm; 4pm-8pm
- Friday: 6am-1pm; 4pm-6pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 8am-3pm
