Fierce Force Boot Camp in Monmouth County
The Fierce Force Boot Camp program at Ultimate Fitness incorporates Crossfit style training integrated with Boot Camp drills and conditioning regimens. If you are overweight and out of shape, this program will help you burn fat, sculpt lean muscle and develop your inner athlete.
If you are a competitive athlete, Fierce Force will hone your athletic skills, further develop your strength and agility and test your will power to the maximum level.
Fierce Force Boot Camp is for people of all fitness levels. You perform the class to your best ability, improving each week as time goes by. All of the exercises in the class have modifications for those with certain injuries that may prevent them from performing certain movements.

Boot Camp Instructors
The Fierce Force Boot Camp program was created by noted NY personal trainer, Pamela Callahan. Pam is a Crossfit Certified Trainer who has spent a lifetime engaged in fitness and competitive sport.
Additional Crossfit certified trainers instruct the Boot Camp Classes.
Monmouth County Boot Camp Programs
The Boot Camp is offered in two ways; as a 6-week Boot Camp program with included Zone diet guidelines or as a la carte Boot Camp group training sessions. As part of the group training sessions, you can participate in any scheduled Boot Camp class for $20 per class. You can schedule additional Boot Camp training sessions with Pam outside of the regularly scheduled days and times provided that there are at least 2 people in your group training session (you and a friend).
The 6-week Boot Camp program is open to members AND non-members of Ultimate Fitness.

Monmouth County Boot Camp Class Schedule
There are plenty of classes each week to fit into your schedule. Boot camp classes are held:
By joining the Monmouth County Boot Camp program, you commit to working out 3 times each week either with the Crossfit Trainers at Ultimate Fitness in Monmouth County or at home. (Suggested at-home workout programs are given to you so that you can keep your commitment to 3 training programs a week)
The program also includes the Zone 1-2-3 dietary guidelines and meal suggestions that are to be followed 6 days a week. You will maximize calories burned and weight lost by following the provided Zone diet and you will see incredible results.
This program is for those who are serious about losing weight and getting in shape. The program is hard, the classes are intense and you will be expected to give 100%. If you do, you will love the results and love yourself for committing to Fierce Force.
The 6-week program that includes the Boot Camp training sessions with Level 1 Crossfit Trainers as well as 6-day Zone 1-2-3 dietary guidelines for 6 weeks is $250.00.
