Stacy is the head of massage therapy at Ultimate Fitness and is highly regarded for her incredible therapeutic massage. Don’t let her size fool you. Stacy has a long list of clients, women and men, who come to Stacy for specialty massages including sport and therapeutic.
Stacy has been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years. She is licensed in NY and NJ and is also Nationally Certified.
Stacy received he masters degree is in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training.
Rates are $65 for 1 hr, and $ 100 for 90 min. Fees are the same for all types of work: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage as well as pre- and post-event, Medical Massage, Geriatric Massage( 30 min. only), Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage (swollen limbs, edema, medical conditions), Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release Therapy and Neuromuscular techiniques, as well as stretching clients (active, and passive) Active Isolated Stretching (AIT).

Lisa has been practicing massage therapy for nearly 20 years. Here are Lisa’s specialties along with her pricing for a 30 minute or 60 minute massage.
- Swedish Massage (light to medium touch) $50/$65
- Deep Tissue Massage (deep, therapeutic massage to loosen stiff or sore muscles) $60/$75
- Hot Stone (1 hour only) Heated basalt stones are placed in key points on the body and used to perform an overall head to toe massage. Excellent for increased circulation benefits and feels amazing too! $85
- Pre Natal (1 hour only) A delicate massage for women who are out of their first trimester. Pre Natal massage therapy can help alleviate common aches and pains related to pregnancy. $75

Chris Alesi
In addition to being a skilled massage therapist, Chris is also a Certified Strength & Condition Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer. Chris offers specialty massage services for post-rehab only.
